Shipping policy

We manufacture and ship all FAIL POLISH products directly from our facility. Because our polishes contain flammable materials, all orders are shipped via ground service only in compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for hazardous materials. Please allow a few extra days for delivery — ground shipping times may vary depending on your location.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — if you’re not happy with your polish for any reason, we’ll gladly issue a full refund. However, due to hazmat restrictions, we cannot accept physical returns of nail polish or other flammable products once they’ve been shipped.
